死海的淚水
在烽火中蒸發
堰塞湖的淚水
天崩地裂中掙扎

白雲凝結成淚水
隨顫抖的機翼滑落
石化加壓成淚水
隨莫名的管路漏脫

南側底層黑幕

是不可告人的不安

感想：

近日來世界各地不斷發生各種天災人禍，如馬航、阿航、以巴衝突、
雲南地震等，讓人難過！台灣十天之內，更是兩度登上CNN 首頁，不
是什麼振奮人心的消息，而是讓人極度哀傷的災難。

復興航空緊隨著颱風而行，恐遭遇惡劣天候；石化業者急著要料，輕
忽公共安全，終導致震驚全球的高雄氣爆。天災或難預防，人禍很多
是可以避免的。究其發生的原因，我認為是人謀不臧、急功好利使然
。如果飛機天候好轉一點再飛…如果業者能即時停止丙烯的洩露…

南部承受工業污染和災害，稅賦上繳北部和中央，出了事卻連重建的
經費都沒有，真教人情何以堪！石化管線在自家底下，如同住在瓦斯
行，加油站的隔壁，縱使再多防護，也令人不安。而瓦斯、汽油為生
活所需，難以閃躲；石化則可免，其管線的行經，應有再商討之必要
，至少不能穿過人口稠密之地區。人有失手，馬有失蹄，萬一發生問
題，災難也能降到最低。

災難必須釐清責任，才能對肇事者有所警惕，追究原因，才能尋求較
好的解決方案，避免情形再度發生，而政治口水，那就免了！在努力
為生活打拼的同時，多思考自己和他人的身家性命安全。切記勿人謀
不臧，勿急功好利……
